Integrated Chamber Architecture & Precision Feeding
The cylindrical casing is vertically split into a lower ultra-fine milling zone and an upper air classifying zone. Raw materials are introduced via a speed-controlled screw dosing mechanism on the inner wall, ensuring continuous, volumetric, and uniform feeding into the milling chamber to maintain a dynamic flow balance from the source.
Independent Dual-Drive & Ultra-Fine Mechanical Impact
The grinding disc and classifier wheel are driven independently by separate drive assemblies and bearing housings. Upon entering the milling zone, materials encounter high-frequency mechanical impact, shearing, and intense friction between the high-tip-speed disc and peripheral liners, instantly pulverizing into ultra-fine particles.
Closed-Loop Air Classification & Strict PSD Control
Milled particles are carried upward into the classifying chamber, where the dynamic rotor utilizes the balance of centrifugal force and centripetal drag to separate the fines. Qualified products pass through the discharge pipe to the cyclone collector, while oversized particles recycle along the inner wall back to the milling zone for re-grinding.
